My name is William. From a young age I’ve been in the fitness space helping men transform their body’s and minds to step into their best selves.

Having a great body is the foundation of the output we have in this life. It influences the energy, mental clarity and level of intention we approach our goals and days with. If your machine isn’t operating at capacity, then you are compromised with the quality of life you can live.

However, to create a great body we must also pay attention to the mind. As the mind is what influences our actions.

Since a young age I’ve been passionate about mastery of the mind.

This became a passion due to the volatile home environment I lived in, which required mastery of perspective, and emotional control. I’ve now been using this to create my dream life, and helping others do the same.

WHAT HOLDS US BACK FROM HAVING THE BODY AND LIFE WE WANT?

Everything starts from the thoughts we have. Once we understand the right thoughts to have, we can start navigating the right actions to align with the life we want.

This means shifting our relationship with food, workouts, and also behaviours on a day to day basis.

So how do we know where to shift our perspective?

I'll explain in the 4 steps below.

1: EXPAND YOUR TIME HORIZON

MOST PEOPLE GET TRAPPED in the constant cycle of pleasure seeking.

Not realising the long-term detriments it has to our families, people we love, and future life experiences that we can feel proud about.

When you can understand the effect that your actions have on a macro scale, you can start to navigate your decisions accordingly to the life you want.

 

It’s only when you’re thinking too short term with your feelings that you make decisions that don’t align with your vision.

2: DEFINE THE WHO REQUIRED TO CREATE THE HOW

When you’re clear on WHO you want to be, you can clearly start observing your daily behaviours and live through the following filter:

What would XYZ do in this situation?

This will be your north start to creating the person you want to be when faced with adversaries that don’t align with the life you want.

3: THE REMOVAL PROCESS

When it comes to becoming WHO we want to be, we must remove the attachments we have to the OLD version of ourselves.

Every moment is a new moment, and when we bring PAST behaviours into the present, we recreate the same person and life.

So when it comes to creating the life we want, we must REMOVE all attachments to the old behaviours we had that created the life we don’t want.

4: ALIGN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

One of the easiest ways to fallback to old patterns is to surround yourself with the same environment that triggers old behaviours.

When you can get around people who support and encourage the new behaviours you want to adopt, you will create ease to the new change you are bringing into your life.
