Our body is one of the first representations of our character and level of self respect. And most people walk around saying one thing, whilst looking and feeling another. We are a lot more powerful when we can live in alignment of who we want to be, both physically and mentally.

 

I used to make decisions that chipped away at my self-esteem daily. Pleasure seeking through addictive eating habits and choosing the lazy path in life that led me to disliking myself. I didn’t truly change until the pain of being me was larger than the pain of changing. So I designed this process to simplify the route of getting out of that rut, and streamline the steps to becoming your best self.
