I used to make decisions that chipped away at my self-esteem daily. Pleasure seeking through addictive eating habits and choosing the lazy path in life that led me to disliking myself. I didn’t truly change until the pain of being me was larger than the pain of changing. So I designed this process to simplify the route of getting out of that rut, and streamline the steps to becoming your best self.
The people who don’t keep the shape they want, never really believed they could have kept it in the first place.. Which results in not FOLLOWING THROUGH the necessary actions to attain their desired result.
